Justin brings a unique perspective to his role, having overcome his own struggles with addiction. His experiences give him a unique ability to connect with and support the parents we serve. This empathy allows him to build trusting relationships and foster real change. He goes above and beyond, often working long hours and weekends, to ensure that every child in our care receives the attention and support they deserve
Justin’s dedication to the children is evident in everything he does. He is more than just a case manager; he is a mentor and cheerleader for his colleagues, always ready to lend a hand or a listening ear. Justin handles challenges gracefully and remains focused on the best interests of each child. His caseload may be demanding, but he approaches it with unwavering commitment, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
